Red-tail 3/2/2016 Paint

“And The Paint Goes On”. Wasn’t that the title of a song a few years ago??? There really isn’t a whole lot to say at this point. It’s mostly visual. I did add a whole row of secondary feathers to the wings that I totally forgot during the initial sculpting. —–“Operator Failure”.
