“Cougar” – Starting the Armature Design

This is the opening shot on a new sculpture, and a new process for me. If things go well this piece will be cast in bronze. If things go awry, this will become a large pile of scrap clay, aluminum foil, and PVC pipe.

The overall picture was “Photo-Shopped” from several cougar pictures, and the rulers will give you an idea of the final size of the finished piece.
