Cougar—Still Muddling

Hi Folks,

Well, after spending a month in the Loudonville Public Library, a bunch of wailing and gnashing of teeth, and some more research into casting in bronze, I’ve decided (along with a bunch of other people) that I don’t know what I’m doing.

However, I have decided that economically this particular sculpture is not the one for a first adventure into the art of casting.

With that in mind I’ve undercoated/final coated the whole sculpture with flat black spray paint with the intention of either calling it finished, “faux painting” it to look like bronze, or painting it the same as the other sculptures I’ve done.

Don’t Know—Can’t Say,
