Waiting To Start On My Summer Project
I believe that it was almost a month ago that I was telling you about my “Summer Woodcarving Project”. Well it’s still waiting for the “Tree-Taker-Downers” to arrive and whack the top out’ta the tree. In their defense the weather … Continue reading
It’s All In The Detail 1/24/2017
I’ve found that there is no good way to represent a three dimensional sculpture in a single photograph. However, I’ve begun to add in some detail to the sculpture. Here is the beginning of where I’m trying to go. If … Continue reading
Bison Wolf #4 1/20/2017

Bison and 3 Wolves–One More Wolf To Go
Hi Folks here is where I am on 1/15/2017. The third wolf is in place (Maybe) and I have decided that there will definitely be one more wolf. It will be on the other side of the Bison.

Bison, First Clay
I think that it’s time for you to see where I’m going with this sculpture, even though there’s “miles to go before I sleep.” Like I said, I’m just getting started, but among other things, this bison is “way too … Continue reading
Armature Ongoing
Hi Folks, This is the “Assembly Photoshop” and the armature after it was bulked up a bit The PVC armature that was in the last “Post” has been changed by raising the bison’s head, wrapping aluminum foil around it, and … Continue reading
The Bison Armature
Hi Folks, I have purchased enough PVC fittings to plumb my entire house, but here is the result. This armature is for the bison only. The wolves have been calculated for, but at this point are only figments of my … Continue reading
Bison and Wolves
Hi Folks, I’ve been kinda’ quiet lately, probably to the relief of most of you, but I just wanted to share an idea that I have for my next sculpture. This is an assembly picture that I did with Photoshop, … Continue reading
